No matter what the sales organization, there are – and always will be – differences between the performance of individual employees and teams. However, experience shows that it is possible to reduce the gap between top performers and the rest. The fastest way of doing so is to opt for the Sales Master Day. Although this clearly-structured service cannot cover every single sales topic, it delivers considerable results in a very short space of time and with a minimum outlay.

Everything packed into a single day

Sales Master Day starts with a day of preparation, when the management consultant holds brief interviews with a number of employees, examines key guidelines and roughly analyzes company processes based on a checklist. He also collects material to prepare a number of case studies and conducts a survey to complement the analysis.

As part of a one-day workshop, the sales employees are shown the results of this analysis and given the opportunity to reflect on them.
